About Me
BirthDays was established by me, Annie, in 2020. I began my Midwifery career as a Registered Nurse before qualifying as a Midwife, and I have since gained extensive experience working across consultant-led maternity units and stand-alone midwife-led units in Northern Ireland. I currently practise in a local Midwifery-led Unit, supporting women and their partners throughout pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. My aspiration is to ensure every mum-to-be feels prepared, confident, and supported, not only to reduce anxieties surrounding birth, but to help her truly enjoy the experience.
A woman never forgets her birth experience, and my mission is to help you create a positive memory that you can treasure forever. I am married and a mum of five, with a strong passion for babies’ and children’s wellbeing and a deep interest in how the early years influence emotional and mental health. My family has been foster caring since 2011, which continues to shape my compassionate, family-centred approach to care.
